    • Loading from XML file 
      RadRibbonBar1.LoadContentFile("~/RibbonBar.xml");
    • Loading from XML string 
      RadRibbonBar1.LoadXml("<RibbonBar><Tab Text="Home" ><Group Text="Clipboard" EnableLauncher="true"> ... </RibbonBar>");

    You can also retrieve the current RadRibbonBar structure in XML format:
